Welcome to the Low Cabin
Wake up to unforgettable sunrises, the gentle rhythm of waves, and the kind of quiet that truly lets you unwind. Our lakeside cabin is perfectly sized for a romantic weekend getaway, yet spacious enough to comfortably host families and larger groups.
Just steps—about 50 feet—from the shores of Lake Michigan, the cabin sits at the end of a peaceful dead-end road, offering privacy, tranquility, and stunning natural beauty in every direction.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home. The main floor features a custom chef’s kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and essentials for groups of any size. There’s a spacious dining area, a large living room, and a cozy natural fireplace perfect for cooler days. A full bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and twin bunks complete the main level. You’ll also find a well-stocked game cabinet filled with board games, cards, and more for evenings of fun.
Upstairs, the expansive primary suite offers breathtaking lake views, a walk-in closet, and a private full bathroom. A second large guest bedroom includes a queen bed, two twin beds, and an optional rollaway, along with its own half bath and ample closet space.
The cabin is fully heated and air-conditioned for year-round comfort, and we provide all linens, towels, soaps, and shampoos—just bring your food and clothes, and you’re all set.
Outdoors, the amenities are just as impressive. Enjoy the water with two double kayaks, a single kayak, and a stand-up paddleboard, all with paddles and life jackets provided. The shed is stocked with outdoor games like badminton, croquet, and cornhole. Relax by the lakeside fire pit, sway in the hammock, ride one of five bicycles, or shoot hoops with the basketball setup. The swimming is excellent, with a mostly sandy bottom just beyond the shoreline.
A screened-in porch offers the perfect place to enjoy warm evenings, and right next door you’ll find a charming county park with open green space, a playground, and scenic hiking trails along the lake.
Located in southern Door County, just 15 minutes from Sturgeon Bay, this is your place to slow down, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of the lake.
