Welcome to the Low Cabin.

We specialize in sunrises, calming waves, and relaxation.

It's small enough for a couple to enjoy a long weekend together, but large enough to cater to larger families as well.  You'll be greeted each morning to sunrises your eyes won't believe.

Sitting about 50 feet from the shores of our favorite Great Lake, this cabin features privacy, quiet and peace while sitting near the end of a beautiful dead end street.  Indoors it features a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots, pans and accessories to cater to any size group.  There's a huge full bath, a bedroom with a double and twin bunk beds, a dining room, and large living area all on the main floor.  For cool nights the indoor natural fireplace waits to warm you!  There is a fully stocked game cabinet containing all of your favorite board games, playing cards and more.

Upstairs has a HUGE master bedroom with great views overlooking lake Michigan.  It also features a walk-in closet and a full private bathroom.  There's a large guest bedroom featuring a queen, two twin beds and an additional roll-away twin if needed.  The guest bedroom has 2 closets and an attached private 1/2 bath.

We supply all linens, towels, soaps and shampoos.  And for you Packer fans, the living room leather furniture was donated by ex-Packer head coach, Mike Sherman.

Outdoors there is tons to do.  There are two double kayaks, a single kayak and a Stand-Up Paddleboard - with an assortment of paddles and lifejackets available to use.  In the shed are outdoor games like badminton, croquet, cornhole, etc.  There's a firepit lakeside and lots of ways to enjoy the lake - including great swimming with a beautiful hard sand bottom after a few small stones at the shore.  There's a screened-in porch for enjoying warm evening nights and the cabin is mere feet away from a beautiful and quaint county park that sits on lake Michigan.  It features lots of grass space, playground equipment and a great hiking trail.

The cabin is located in southern Door County about 15 minutes south of Sturgeon Bay.  It is centrally heated and cooled and has all the amenities of home.  Come, unwind and relax.  This is exactly where you need to be!
